Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy explains how to request a cancellation and how refund requests are reviewed for services provided by Flowset Hub.

1. Scope and order terms
Flowset Hub provides digital, software, and technology services. The scope, milestones, fees, payment schedule, and any cancellation or refund conditions for a specific engagement are set out in its accepted proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement.
If a project-specific agreement sets different cancellation or refund terms, that agreement applies to the relevant engagement. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
2. Request a cancellation
To request cancellation, email business@flowsethub.com with your name, project or invoice reference, and the cancellation request. Please send the request as soon as possible so we can review work status and any commitments made for the engagement.
We will confirm receipt and explain any next steps. A cancellation may not reverse work already completed, milestones accepted, or third-party commitments made for the project.
3. Refund eligibility
Refunds are assessed against the terms agreed for the relevant service, the work completed or in progress, costs already incurred or committed, and applicable law. Amounts for completed work, accepted milestones, or non-recoverable third-party costs may not be refundable where the agreement and applicable law allow.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or are otherwise entitled to a refund under your agreement or applicable law, contact us with the payment date, amount, and invoice or transaction reference. We will review the request and let you know the outcome.
4. Refund processing
When a refund is approved, we will arrange it using the original payment method where possible. The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. We will share any available confirmation or reference for the refund.
