If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that engagement, subject to rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

3. Client responsibilities

For a project, you are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, timely decisions, and access or approvals reasonably needed for the agreed work. You must have the rights and permissions needed for materials you provide to us.

Delays in receiving required information, access, or approvals may affect project schedules. Any resulting changes to scope, timing, or fees will be handled under the applicable project agreement.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, taxes, payment milestones, due dates, and any additional charges are described in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written project agreement. Please contact us promptly if you believe an invoice contains an error. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the relevant agreement, our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership, permitted use, and any transfer or licence for project deliverables are determined by the applicable written project agreement. Each party retains rights in materials, tools, software, and other intellectual property it owned or developed independently of the project, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party software, platforms, libraries, and services remain subject to their own licence terms.

6. Confidentiality and personal information

Any confidentiality obligations for a project are governed by the applicable written agreement. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services and links

Our services or website may refer to third-party products, platforms, or websites. Those services are provided under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control.

8. Website and service availability

We work to keep our website and services useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Project deliverables and support are provided as described in the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
